SEARCH & RESCUE ADVISORY TO THE PHILIPPINES COASTGUARD

In 2022, the Sumner Foundation engaged with the Philippine Coast Guard through a series of meetings and consultations focused on strengthening national search and rescue (SAR) capabilities. Discussions were held with Coast Guard leadership to better understand existing SAR arrangements, identify operational challenges, and explore current and future training requirements across the organisation.
