Dodson Family Health Center
Sumner Foundation pledged $600,000 toward the building of a new Sumner County Health Department, the Dodson Family Health Center. This facility is a state-of-the-art healthcare clinic for our community made possible by donors such as the Dodson family.

Sumner Care-A-Van
Provides year-round transportation for cancer patients who are treated in the Sumner Radiation Oncology Department at Sumner Regional Medical Center.

Hospitality House
This overnight facility provides comfort and a home-like atmosphere for out-of-town families of critically ill patients at Sumner Regional Medical Center. The Sumner Foundation depends solely on contributions from the community to cover the operating costs for the house.

Cuddle Club
Your gift of $75 commemorates your baby’s birth with a beautiful silver-toned medallion etched with your baby’s footprint and date of birth, which will be permanently displayed on the Cuddle Club Wall in our Center for Women’s Health Center. As a special keepsake, you will receive a matching etched glass ornament. You can also cherish the memory of a precious little one with a memorial cloud.

The Cuddle Club is exclusively for babies born at Sumner Regional Medical Center, but is not limited to newborns. Proceeds from this project will benefit educational classes and programs sponsored by the Center for Women’s Health.

Sumner Hospice
Sumner Hospice serves Sumner, Macon, Trousdale, Smith, Wilson, Robertson and Davidson counties providing medical care and supportive services to terminally ill patients who choose to spend their final days at home. Sumner Foundation has raised over $1,363,000 for Sumner Hospice over the past five years providing pain pumps and salaries for an additional nurse and bereavement coordinator.

ClinicCARE
ClinicCARE is a not-for-profit healthcare clinic that provides non-emergent primary care services to the uninsured population of Sumner County. Opening its doors in February 2005, the clinic provides affordable access to healthcare services primarily to TennCare patients.
