| The Sumner Foundation office is located at 406 Steam Plant Road, on the campus of Sumner Regional Medical Center (behind the hospital).

From Kentucky:
Travel south on 31E until you reach Gallatin. Exactly one mile after passing the Gallatin city limit sign you will pass Grandview Estates on the right.
Immediately after this subdivision you will see a left turning lane for East Main Street. Turn left onto East Main.
Follow East Main until it empties onto Hartsville Pike. Stay left and you will see Sonic, Food Lion, etc. as you stop.
Turn left onto Hartsville Pike and immediately you will see Sumner Regional Medical Center on the right.
Steam Plant Road is immediately on the right past the hospital. The Sumner Foundation is on the right, just past Bledsoe Street.
From Nashville:
Follow I65N to Louisville until the Vietnam Veteran's Boulevard exit. Take the exit and follow it until it reaches 31E.
Take 31E all the way into Gallatin, passing Volunteer State Community College and Wal-Mart on the left.
Continue through Gallatin until coming to a split, at which point you should veer to the right at Krystal’s and drive through Gallatin’s town square.
Continue on this road approximately one and a half miles. It will turn into Hartsville Pike. You will pass Food Lion, Sonic, etc., and Sumner Regional Medical Center will be on your right.
Steam Plant Road is immediately on the right past the hospital. The Sumner Foundation is on the right, just past Bledsoe Street.
